 > One of our drivers will wait for you with a sign displaying your name and surname outside the baggage claim upon your arrival at the airport. In case of non- identification, please contact us:

> Please always communicate your arrival time at the airport contained on your airplane ticket. 

> We recommend you to make yourselves available on the mobile phone you provided during the reservation. Please warn us in case of flight delay at least 120 minutes before the departure; otherwise you could cause a disruption. 

> Please warn us if you take with you a domestic animal ( it can only travel inside its per carrier), diving equipment, pushchair or bulky luggage.

> Child seats on our vehicles or minibus are regarded as seats occupied. 

> The payment will take place on the spot directly to our drivers. No down payment during the reservation. 

Numberless calls will not be taken into account.
